Tim G. Graham
PRESIDENT and CO-FOUNDER
A native of Springdale, Arkansas, Tim Graham graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1978, receiving a degree in finance and real estate. Beginning his post-baccalaureate career, Graham went to work for J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. By the time he left the company in 1993 to pursue real estate and other business interests, he had climbed to Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and had been instrumental in growing sales from $16 million to more than $1 billion.
Developer
As one of the founders of HUNT Ventures (formerly The Pinnacle Group), Mr. Graham has also been involved in commercial development activities including Lowell Office Park ( Lowell, AR), Pinnacle Point , Pinnacle Hills (Rogers, AR) and others comprising more than 2.5 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse space. In 2005 HUNT ventures partnered with General Growth Properties of Chicago, Illinois, to build the Pinnacle Hills Promenade outdoor mall which also features an additional one million square feet of retail and dining space.
In addition to these commercial developments he has also been involved with several residential developments comprising more than 1,000 residential lots and home construction.
Operating Projects
Mr. Graham has been involved in many endeavors with his HUNT Ventures partner Johnelle Hunt and others including: Northwest Arkansas Quarries (now Hunt Rogers Materials), Quality Rock, Eastern Oklahoma Quarry, Haskell Sand, Central Mortar and Grout, Central Redi-Mix, ABC-Central Block and Black Rock Transportation.
Community and Professional Involvement
Mr. Graham is a Member of the University of Arkansas College of Architecture Dean’s Advisory Board and the Arkansas World Trade Center Board of Advisors.
